On our way back from voting this afternoon, we briefly greeted our shy new neighbors at 328 Pleasant Avenue. Here in Herkimer NY, it’s a rare pleasure to have young folks next door who show no overt signs of drug or child trafficking, pyromania, or indulge in criminal harassment of the defenseless elderly 
, as did owner Harriett Tangorra’s last tenant, suddenly-vanished but still-trending Curtis Cool. (Aka Curtis Dolan.)
