Toxic Mists Adrift On Herkimer’s Pleasant Avenue?
Gas attacks endangering all in South Herkimer. Toxic mists are adrift on Herkimer’s Pleasant Avenue and sickening many, the result of the latest poison gas attacks on us using pesticides. They’d be a witches brew of several airborne poisons gasses. The signs and symptoms of the likely agents, Pyrethrin and Deltamethrin, are highlighted below.
Summary of Latest Herkimer Poisoning Attacks
Over the last 5 days depraved scum have streamed and fogged us here in Herkimer’s Pleasant Avenue with three different pesticides. The first attack, captured on camera, used an organophosphate, a cousin of Sarin gas. It’s the same virulent poison used in previous attacks on us, notably last February’s The other two are probably Pyrethrin and Deltamethrin. (See below.)
They began on 7/29 with a pesticide streamed into our bedroom air conditioner as we slept. The attack was recorded by one of our security cameras. That having failed to dispose of us, the criminals then moved on to use the two other pesticides. These poisons were repeatedly fogged as mist. They were used heavily and indiscriminately, and may have spread from our property down Herkimer’s Pleasant Avenue. Their symptoms are consistent with Pyrethrin poisoning and Deltamethrin poisoning. The most recent attack was within the last 24 hours, a repeat dosing with Deltamethrin . From what we overheard yesterday evening along Pleasant Avenue, some of our neighbors have also been sickened by one or both of these heinous attacks.
Pyrethrin: Poison Mist With Sicky-Sweet Orange Odor
If you live on or near Herkimer’s Pleasant Avenue, and have smelled a sicky-sweet orange smell these past few weeks, especially at night, you may have been exposed to a pyrethrin pesticide. It would have been fogged toward or on our property late at night as a mist, using a portable fogger. The cheaper of these foggers are easily concealed in backpacks and vehicles, and have a range of at least 30 feet. Then comes the breeze.
We can absorb pyrethrin by breathing, touching or eating a contaminated surface. It is unlikely the poisoners bothered to dilute the insecticide. In our case, pyrethrin was misted onto our front garden and toward our open front bedroom windows. And then probably gently drifted down Pleasant Avenue. Our backyard was also misted.
Symptoms of Pyrethrin Poisoning
Our symptoms were: difficulty breathing, coughing, nausea, allergic reactions, stinging in the eyes, itching and swollen lymph glands. Depending upon the level of toxicity and length of exposure, symptoms may also include tongue and lip numbness, drooling, lethargy, muscle tremors, respiratory failure, vomiting, diarrhea, seizures, paralysis, and death.
Infants and small children are especially at risk from pyrethrin poisons. Cats frequently die from exposure to pyrethrin. Their livers are unable to process the toxin.
Herkimer Poisoners Sprayed Pyrethrin Numerous Times Over Several Weeks
We believe our property and Herkimer’s Pleasant Avenue were dosed numerous times over a several week period. The pungent orange order of pyrethrin is unmistakable.
If you’ve experience symptoms of pyrethrin poisoning, seek medical attention. Tell doctor’s you suspect pyrethrin/pyrethroids poisoning. The chemical can only be detected by blood or urine tests for a few days after you’ve been poisoned. And call the Herkimer County Health Department. Our depraved criminal neighbors weren’t trying to kill you. But they wouldn’t care if they did.
Deltamethrin – A New Poison Released on Herkimer
Yesterday our attempted killers became aware that we’d outed their stealth pyrethrin attacks to the New York State Police, which passed our information on the Herkimer Police. Overnight our attackers switched to odorless Deltamethrin, a pyrethroid insecticide. Certainly we’ve since experienced some of the symptoms of Deltamethrin poisoning: stinging of the eyes, dizziness, itching skin, rashes. Symptoms may also include including burning, partial numbness, “pins and needles”, skin crawling, and different abnormal sensations of the face and lips.
Deltamethrin dissipates quickly. It is, however, a neurotoxin, and attacks the central nervous system. It’s absorb by breast milk and can be passed on to nursing infants. Use the same precautions as with suspected pyrethroid poisoning
Diazinon – Organophasphate Poisoning of 7/29/17
On 7/29, as we lay sleeping, our 2nd floor bedroom air conditioner was streamed with a high-volume agriculture pesticide dispenser. The same Organophasphate — possily Diazinon– was used in a previous, larger attack on us in February. This latest lasted 10-20 seconds and was captured on one of our cameras, installed two feet above the a/c unit. The poison was streamed from the rear of 328 Pleasant Avenue, which has been vacant for several months. (328 Pleasant Ave is known worldwide as Herkimer’s former Curtis Cool residence.)
Hopefully the current winds and rains will dissipate the toxins. No guarantee they will, or that the attacks won’t resume. Any official response to what’s morphed into a Herkimer mass gas attack will probably have to wait until this weekend Herkimer Diamond Days festivities end.
