I was remounting a security camera on the side of my house facing 334 Pleasant Avenue the other day when I was suddenly wreathed in toxic fumes from the vicinity of 334’s parking lot. As we’ve noted, several houses on the parking lot have long been home to Herkimer gangs trafficking drugs and kids. They and their allies typically spray us and our home daily with volatilized pesticides. This most recent poison gas attack during school bus pickups highlights the ongoing failure of local police to deal with this heinous terrorism.
Herkimer Domestic Terrorism Attacks Enter 21st Month
These terrorist attacks are now in their 21st month. Local police remain baffled. State police are complacent. The pesticides used are odorless, colorless and dispensed using insecticide foggers mounted beneath specially modified vehicles. These weapons of domestic terrorism release a fast-moving toxic cloud in a two-story arch with a typical range of 60 feet. The school bus was within 30 feet of the attacking vehicle. The gas didn’t stop there.
Another Herkimer Poison Gassing Vehicle In Action
A review of our security footage showed a vehicle parked at 341 Eureka Avenue exiting the parking lot via the 334 driveway. The vehicle carried 3 small children and was driven by a woman. This attack occurred as a school bus on Pleasant Avenue at the base of the 334 driveway was boarding a child. Here’s a video of the incident:
Woman and 3 children from 341 Eureka Avenue exit 334 Pleasant Avenue parking lot in vehicle while I’m mounting a new camera. As they pass I’m again sprayed with pesticide. A moment later, the school bus arrives and waits in front of 332-334 Pleasant Ave to pick up a young boy. The gas would have by then been in the street.
While I can’t prove that that vehicle was the spraying vehicle, there are no other credible suspects.
This poisoning has long been way out of hand and is endangering many people besides the pesky nuisances who write Herkimerpost.com.

Above is a photo from an 11/6 surveillance video, which shows someone with a striking resemblance to the poison vehicle driver gesticulating in protest at our security devices. She was apparently expressing heartfelt opinions to a man, perhaps Herkimer landlord Jay Smith, the owner of the lot and the houses it serves. (Our neighborhood criminals previously complained to the Herkimer police about our backyard light and were told that New York doesn’t have a light nuisance law.)
Crime Fighting LED Lighting
We’re sprayed with poison gas several time a day from the direction of adjacent 334 Pleasant Avenue. 334 appears to be housing some new trafficking gang members following the disappearance of the Sykes gang’s Carrie Ann Bass and Stanley Sykes. We’ve illuminated the previously darkened portion of the 334 area from which seems to be the origin of the poison gas attacks. The contrast before and after the addition of the LED lighting is quite striking:

Street lights with smart LED lighting are replacing traditional streetlights worldwide. When LED tech is coupled with remote control, lighting efficiency and a greener energy profile can be achieved. A recent quote from Market Watch indicates “The Smart Street Lighting Market is a rapidly growing market and it is estimated to reach $39.0 billion by 2022″. I suggest that consternation regarding LED lighting has little to do with blinding light and much to do with negative impact on criminal activities. The reason we placed the new light where we did is because we suspect that poisonings are being launched from the area around 334 Pleasant Ave adjacent to the parking lot.
It is the responsibility of law enforcement agencies to protect our village from poison gas attacks which endanger our people, our water supply and our clean air. What country is this? These acts of terrorism must stop now.
