Jay Smith Gifts Herkimer Drug and Child Traffickers a Sanctuary

In a Yuletide surprise, longtime area landlord Jay Smith gifted Herkimer drug and child traffickers a sanctuary. Smith owns 27 houses in our village, according to property tax rolls. He’s long rented out the three properties comprising Herkimer’s historic child trafficking hub to drug and child traffickers: 332 and 334 Pleasant Avenue and 341 Eureka Avenue. At its height, we estimate hundreds of million dollars a year in trafficked kids were moved through that Herkimer waypoint by transcontinental trafficking gangs. Several million dollars a year were probably shared with partnering regional Herkimer gangs. Kids seem not to have moved through there since the Sykes’ gang’s Stanley Sykes moved out of 341 Eureka Avenue last May.

Hub was handed over to Stanley Sykes gang by Little Mama a few days later. Sykes used to bellow he’d bought the rights to traffic out of there.

This week, in a Christmas gift to the Herkimer community, Smith converted that dormant child trafficking hub into a housing sanctuary for the remnant of Herkimer’s drug and child traffickers: He tenanted 332 Pleasant Avenue, the last non-gang house on the hub, with more gang members.

Smith owns all three hub houses. Herkimer real estate is booming. The house could easily have been rented to people who work for a living rather than  traffickers.

Thanks to climate change migration Herkimer’s real estate market is booming. Smith could easily have sold all three hub properties for good money, or rented 332 Pleasant to people with jobs. At this point in Herkimer, renting to criminals flies in the face of reason.

Jay Smith’s Trafficking Hub: 4+ years of  Gassing and Harassment

In our 4+ years in Herkimer, successive national and regional child and drug traffickers have operated out of Smith’s child trafficking hub, which our house overlooks. They and their allies harassed and gassed us, destroyed our property and hurt our pets. Our poor old dog never recovered from being gassed in her basement den from Smith’s trafficking hub

Jay Smith criminal tenant Stanley Sykes

Appallingly, quite a few folks in Herkimer, not just the obvious criminals, seemed miffed at our exposure of the village’s brisk child sex slavery trade and disconcerted by the resulting loss of income. (“Our kids are our kids. Other people’s kids are meat,” seems the attitude.) At some point, merely shrugging your shoulders and saying, “It’s Herkimer” is depraved indifference.

Smith quickly replaced Stanley Sykes at 341 Eureka with the Sykes gang’s Carrie Ann Bass. He filled Bass’ former trafficking house at 334 Pleasant Avenue with other gang members, first making modest improvements to both properties. High volume narcotics trafficking replaced the child trafficking out of Smith’s hub and gang members partied hearty. Fresh video coverage by us helped put an end to that in November.

The one bright spot in Jay Smith’s adjacent empire of dirt was his rental house next to ours, 332 Pleasant Avenue. It was tenanted for years by two low key professional guys who replaced evicted heroin addicts. They were our secure right flank through years of poison gas attacks and street assaults, many from Smith’s tenants.

Why is Jay Smith Still Renting to Criminal Trafficking Gang?

There was no sound business reason for Jay Smith to rent to more filth. He seems to be well off and is not young. Other than his trafficking hub tenants, there’s only a legacy criminal presence remaining here on Herkimer’s Pleasant Avenue.  All houses for sale here on Pleasant Avenue have been sold.  Properties move quickly. Realtors are hungry for inventory.  Yet Smith seems to be busy preserving his trafficking hub as a gang sanctuary, when he could easily make a handsome profit by selling out or renting again to decent locals in an upmarket. Why?

As we reported, the New York State Police asked us recently if we thought Smith was complicit in the criminal activities of his tenants. We said no. At this point, though, it’s the only thing that makes sense. When something doesn’t make sense, follow the money.

As noted, Jay Smith owns 27 houses in Herkimer. It’s a small place. He has the capacity to do a lot of good here, giving back to a community from which he’s profited handsomely through the years. Or he can continue acquiescing to evil. Whichever he chooses, the Herkimer Post will cover it.

Video of Gang Move-In at 332 Pleasant Avenue

Here’s a video of trafficking gang members moving into Jay Smith’s 332 Pleasant Avenue. (Don’t know what that white powder is in the bag he’s waving at the camera. Confectionery sugar?) They had 3 full truckloads of stuff. They obviously don’t like surveillance cameras, which must be why they moved next door to a house with 25 cameras fueling about 200,000 worldwide social media views a year.   Oh. Our cameras cover all their doors.

The short smirking young woman on the porch is Herkimer gang member Alexis Rowe, known to us as Moonroof, after the white car she traffics with in and out of the hub. Don’t know anyone else there, but they are of a type—infinitely replaceable young gang cutouts moving along the school to prison pipeline. Many don’t make it to 30.

Jay Smith Continues Housing Criminals As Climate Change Escalates Homeless count

2018 leaves us with a legacy of climate change disasters on a planetary scale unparalleled in human history. Herkimer, NY is safer from climate disaster than most any place in our country and is thus a valuable resource in maintaining civilization. Rather than housing criminals as climate change escalates, it’s  time for us to learn how to enable ourselves to be as constructive and self sustaining as possible while providing a haven to those fleeing disasters.

Sobering statics that should motivate us to change:

Landlord Jay Smith continues supporting criminal tenants

17% of the 22 homes on Pleasant Ave in Herkimer, NY are owned by Jay Smith who is the recorded owner of 27 Herkimer, NY properties. We have observed that 5 of these homes have been sheltering gang harassers, drug dealers and drug addicts. Mr. Smith’s tenants have destroyed our property, harassed and assaulted us during the nearly 5 years we have lived here. His tenants, our neighbors at 332 Pleasant Ave who are law abiding, just moved out replaced by known associates of his criminal tenants. Stanley Sykes, former Jay Smith tenant, admitted that some of these residents were members of the famous US gang, the Crips.

Housing criminals as climate change escalates destabilizes our community

It’s interesting that at a time of excessive housing shortages, climate change migrations and massive economic losses, Mr. Smith considerately continues to rent to active criminals. There are no houses listed for sale on Pleasant Avenue in Herkimer, NY where we have recently seen an influx of skilled Amish tradesmen and out of town construction contractors working on home renovations.

Home owners and landlords everywhere can reduce homelessness and make money

Affordable housing with smaller units can help people live better adding to neighborhood stability while providing a decent income for landlords. Mr. Smith can easily rethink his position as a landlord and make a positive contribution to climate change survival for our community.

MIT nanotech breakthrough shrinks stuff: makes affordable climate change solutions possible!

Linda J. Kaidan

Nanotechnology is important in greenhouse gas reduction. This game changing technology can seriously impact our ability to fight climate change.

Up until recently nanotech has been costly. MIT technologists have greatly reduced the cost of producing nanoscale products by using a new approach called Implosion Fabrication (ImpFab). It weakens electron repulsion and produces structures that are one thousand times smaller than the original through a kind of 3-d printing.

What does 1000 times smaller mean?

MIT breakthrough makes nanotech cheap! Nanotechnology has been costly to work with because conventional manufacturing processes could not be used. They could not be applied to work on such a tiny scale. With this invention, conventional techniques can be used to develop structures which can then be miniaturized.

How does the shrinking process work?

Large-scale objects are embedded in hydrogels and then shrunk to nanoscale using implosion fabrication. A 3-d molecular structure is created within a hydrogel. “The acid blocks the negative charges in the polyacrylate gel so that they no longer repel each other, causing the gel to contract.” Objects shrink to 1/1000 of their original size.

How can nano technology solutions help us fight climate change?

In 2014 UCSD’s Nanowerks team reported on their new nanotech solar solution capable of converting 90% of the sun’s light into heat. Such technology, once affordable, would clearly enable solar heat to become inexpensive and widely available.

Nanomaterials can also be used to reduce global pollution and environmental degradation. They are used to filter heavy metals from water and greenhouse gases from the atmosphere.

While this MIT nanotech breakthrough can help us heal our planet faster, it’s important that each of us do our fair share in creating our own sustainable solutions at the community level.

Very Visible Herkimer Poison Gas Attack

Here’s a recent, very visible Herkimer poison gas attack. Seems our murderous band of neighbors screwed up the settings on one of their pesticide foggers. The fogger’s hidden under that jeep next to our fence. That’s not their jeep. That’s not their house. They rent the house to the jeep’s rear, 334 Pleasant Avenue. The parking lot is Herkimer’s historic child trafficking lot, long a big money maker for Herkimer gangs.

The volatilized pesticide we’ve been getting dosed with the last few years has almost always been invisible to the naked eye, the fogger’s output probably set to an imperceptible particle size of 7-10 microns.

This stream, though, seems to be set at a very visible 30 microns. The initial range of the standard pesticide fogger is about 60 ft., visible or invisible, according to the literature. And, as seen in the video, the pesticide plum can easily soar two-stories from within a few feet of its source. The pesticide is odorless and colorless and attacks the central nervous system, as we can attest.

Timeline of Herkimer Gas Attack of 11.26.18

Minutes

0:01 – 0:10 Pesticide mist begins issuing from under front of driver’s side of jeep. Note: mild prevailing wind direction was N-S. Toxin is spewing E-W toward King Street.

0:11 – 0:14 View from our bedroom cam. Pesticide fog flows through fence, toward house and into our yard. Yard is still toxic from years of these attacks.

01:15 – 01:16 View from above backyard security light as poison seeps into yard and under our back porch and toward basement door. Gas would have continued into neighboring yards, homes and street.

1:17 – 1:39 Bedroom cam.  Poisonous cloud enveloping 2nd floor and bedroom window. Moving off to the west to poison other homes and street. (No one leaves their windows open here on Herkimer’s Pleasant Avenue.)

1:40 -2:15 1914 hrs. View from our parking lot light.

2:16 – 2:32 End Same view as of 2032 hrs. Poisonous output continuous since 1914 hrs. 2032 hrs – Drug runner car exits 341 Eureka Avenue rear, pauses to check out gas attack, moves on.

2:32 – End. Attack begins to taper off at 2052 hrs.

Use of Neighbors’ Property by Attackers

This attack lasted approximately two hours, 1910 hrs to 2200 hrs. It was staged from the rear of our law-abiding neighbors’ home at 332 Pleasant Avenue. That’s their jeep, parked behind their house. They have good day jobs and are rarely home. Their jeep at the time had been a motionless lawn ornament for some months. No one approached the vehicle that day or the previous several days. Many of these attacks seem to be triggered remotely or via a timer.

Our criminal neighbors would have noticed this. They live in the house behind the jeep—334 Pleasant Avenue—and the house to the right end of the parking lot, 341 Eureka Avenue. The houses are owned by Herkimer landlord Jay Smith. We previously outed 334 Pleasant Avenue as a source of poison gas attacks and lit up the suspected area at 334 rear. The gang then apparently moved their pesticide fogger closer to our house, using their unaware neighbor’s vehicle for cover.

Organophosphates Still Herkimer Poisoners’ Gas of Choice

As with most poison gas attacks here in South Herkimer, this one was with an odorless, colorless pesticide, released with the usual wanton disregard for people, pets and property.   In our experience, Herkimer gangs’ pesticide of choice has all the symptoms of a highly-toxic organophosphate, attacking the central nervous system. Odorless, colorless, a cousin of Sarin nerve gas. Nasty stuff. We’ve tightened up our house quite a bit, so the effect of this attack on us was negligible. After several years of these heinous attacks, though, our house and yard and neighborhood are thoroughly saturated with poison.

Police remain baffled.
