Self-taught Inventors – You Can Be One!

Important self-taught inventors who did not complete elementary school

Self Taught Inventors

In the left photo is Thomas Edison, whose formal education ended after 3 months, discouraged by his teacher who said he was not very smart. In the right photo is Pay Bok Sing, an innovative seafood farmer who has a fourth-grade education. Edison is most famous for his invention of the incandescent light bulb, the mainstay of lighting for over a century. He also invented the phonograph and made the very first movies.

Pay Bok Sing, like Edison is self-educated. His schooling ended in 4th grade. With the help of his own curiosity and YouTube, he taught himself how to create ocean water for inland seafood farming and feed for his fish crop. His inventions may become the foundation of sustainable, local based farming, providing secure food in the communities where we live.

Teaching ourselves we can all become inventors

In the US, public education often succeeds in creating endless crops of students who think they hate learning, demotivated by teachers who limit their intellectual exploration rather than encourage creative thought. But were students to partake of the enormous potential provided by free online learning through YouTube and other web channels, they could explore their own abilities, and be inventors and thought leaders. In fact, farming in our own homes and back yards can provide all of us with inexpensive laboratories for learning about food science–a science that can help feed people in times of climate uncertainty and economic instability.

There’s no need to take expensive courses. Just follow some basic instruction from YouTube and learn how to raise fish in your basement and tomatoes and lettuce in your own kitchen. The more you learn, the more you’ll be able to discover for yourself. Each and every one of us can be an inventor!

Use a tomato, soil and a pot to start😊

Why Herkimer Real estate is so very valuable, Despite legacy criminals

Conquer Legacy Criminals and Win Big!

As I was engaging in one of my favorite hobbies this morning – virtual house hunting – I came across a real gem: For only $39,000, a house listed in Berlin NY with 1.5 baths, ¼ acre, in excellent condition on a scenic lot. The last purchasers paid $100,000 in 2007. It even has a barn with a hayloft and 2 car garage. So pretty. So why the low price?

Looking at the map, I could see that Albany, NY, Bennington, VT and Pittsfield, MA were within 40 miles of the property. I also could see that the town of Berlin was accessible only by secondary roads and was clearly cut off from eastern travel by mountains. Ok, so lots of nice country places are isolated. Perhaps there was a flood? Outstanding Berlin, New York blogger Elaine Supkis, described how in 2011 floods completely cut the small town off from the rest of the world, with photographs of washed out roads. The only way out was on horse or by foot.

Location connectivity climate change safety – valuable Herkimer assets

Herkimer, New York, unlike Berlin, is fortunate to be located on I-90, a principal US highway, reliable almost every day of the year. For those of us who love nature and the convenience of being within walking distance of amenities like health care, supermarkets, retail stores, pharmacies and government services, Utica’s Amtrak station and regional bus service, Herkimer is a superb location. Of course, the minus of Herkimer is its entrenched criminal element, which has diminished of late but remains emboldened by decades of malgovernance. Herkimer’s criminals are a shrinking minority, doomed by the dynamics of climate change migration and ongoing major law enforcement operations. If we all stand against them, Herkimer can again be a law abiding, safe and prosperous place. Pioneers fought for their homes and communities. They won. So will we. Conquer legacy criminals and win big!

Dumbest Herkimer Drive-by Gas Attack Ever

We had a fresh Herkimer drive-by gas attack today (10.11.17), at 1452; possibly eviction related. The sheer irrationality of it is mind boggling. The attack was announced within our hearing then immediately launched before our cameras.

Around 1400, we opened our front bedroom window. In the past, this has sparked poison gas attacks and recently death threats from the Herkimer Handmaiden. But, it’s been a few weeks since the death threats and the last drive-by poison gas attack. (Probably means people were arrested.)

Two women nearby were talking about an eviction which took place today here on Pleasant Avenue. (We saw it. The Herkimer County Sheriff was involved.) The two complained that the eviction was unfair, that someone who owned a house shouldn’t be able to “just kick someone out.” (It’s New York, not Florida. There’s a multi-step eviction process.) The two obviously cared deeply about the person or persons evicted–possibly it was they.

We then heard only one side of the conversation. It ended with one woman warning the other, “You do that, you’re going to get your ass kicked.” (There’s been a major crackdown on poison gas attacks recently. The charge is probably not “spraying” but malicious wounding and conspiracy to commit murder.)

A few moments later, at 1452, came the drive by gas attack. We know exactly when it occurred as the toxic gas came through our open window. It had the usual symptoms of a pyrethrin pesticide. Surveillance cam footage shows only one likely candidate vehicle, a small black SUV. It met all the criteria: window down, slow, stopping and leaving with a screech of tires. (Mea culpa: Camera times need coordinating. System time confirms 1452.)

The front of our driveway’s the primary launch point for poison gas. Perching there signals an attack. The hand foggers used have a range of at least 30 feet. The poison mist launched from there will poison our driveway, our front porch, our garden, our pets and us. It then spreads to affect our neighbors, but sociopaths don’t care about others–they’re sociopaths.

It seems that Herkimer’s criminals believe us responsible for the transitions occurring in Herkimer. Real estate sales are up, rents have skyrocketed. Certainly we’ve served as a catalyst with our in-your-face activist blog. But migration northward is the real reason, as people increasingly move to climate change safety zones, spurred by firestorms in the West and mega hurricanes in the South.

Herkimer sits in a climate change sweet spot, undergoing changes that are only just beginning.  More people are coming. Prices will keep going up. Tenants will be moving on as proprieties are sold.

We’ve given Herkimer a very visible social media presence: No one who moves here and has done their homework has cause to say they didn’t know that Herkimer’s a frontier town. (13,000 + views of our Herkimer YouTube crime videos to date.)

There now seems a belated effort to keep the village’s more volatile personalities out of range of our cameras. Well, yeah, but there are a lot of them.

As for this attack and our attacker her friend’s probably right: she’s going get her ass kicked.

VOC Attack: Usual suspects :(

STOP POISONING MARLEY MY CAT!

Stop Poisoning Marley

Last night at 9:30 PM there was yet another VOC attack in which our cat Marley was poisoned. Pesticides contain Volatile Organic Compounds that’s why we call these attacks VOCing. “Using a pesticide in a manner inconsistent with its labeling is a violation of federal law.”

An early alert was provided by our cat Marley who was sitting on top of  the kitchen table. He does not enjoy VOCing and proceeded to yowl in alarm and vomit in illness as the poison penetrated his body.

Featured prominently were the following:

  • female lookout at well lit 333 Pleasant Ave
  • red vehicle parked in front of 331
  • small black sedan with male occupant in Harriet Tangora’s driveway at unoccupied 328 Pleasant Ave (previously seen at 331 Pleasant Ave on 9/17 when female expressed a desire to kill me for listening to her conversation. Herkimer Police responded).

In a fit of ire, I rushed outside with my flashlight angrily pointed on the ruffians perpetrating this crime for the umpteenth time. This seemed to be effective as they fled the scene. (BTW it’s now over 6 hours later and Marley is again vomiting).

We know we don’t matter to you much but think about the poor cat.

sarcastically yours,

Linda Kaidan

Herkimer Jew Gassings Proceed Apace

Zyklon B – Preferred gas of Nazi death camps. Not yet used on Herkimer Post bloggers, as it’s no longer commercially available.

What country is this?

Since February, we’ve been the victims of scores of heinous poison gas attacks on ourselves and our home here on Herkimer’s Pleasant Avenue. In the state of New York. If there was a will to stop them in this small community, they would have been stopped.

These heinous attacks are occurring multiple times a day, with a return to driveby sprayings from several vehicles. The most recent was this at 1920 hrs today. Herkimer Police, New York State Police, and New York Department of Environmental Conservation officers have all tried and failed to halt these murderous attacks.

8th Month of Herkimer Poison Gas Attacks

We and our neighbors and our pets have been sickened and much of our house and South Herkimer contaminated by rolling clouds of poisonous and often odorless mists released on us by depraved Herkimer narco-terrorists. They’re determined to silence our blog and drive us from our home, which some of them want to put back into service as a drug and child trafficking hub.

As Herkimer’s most prominent Jewish publication, we believe our attackers are equally fueled by class hatred and antisemitism. Herkimer’s traffickers’ weapons of choice are easily concealed hand foggers generating poisonous mist from undiluted water soluble pesticides. Below’s a clip of Sykes gang chief Stanley Sykes with what through binoculars looked like one of these, without the poison reservoir. (Surveillance drone image would be crisper image.)

Stanley Sykes with what appeared, through binoculars, to be a hand fogger.

For the last eight months, we’ve been hit with a witches brew of various neurotoxins. We’re now being attacked multiple times a day. Driveby attacks, which had faded after a visible police presence, have resumed with a vengeance, sometimes with two vehicles involved in one driveby. sometimes with a vehicle circling to return to poison us again.

We do have some videos, which we’ll later share. It’s disappointing to note that one of the vehicles and its escort car appear to be ones we carefully documented in an earlier post. One, a van, is sometimes parked across the street from us in the driveway of 331 Pleasant Avenue, apparently  in support of the Stanley Sykes’ gang’s slightly relocated backpacked drug distribution operation. It’s moved three doors down and across the street from Sykes’ daughter-in-law Carrie Bass’ 334 Pleasant Avenue rental.

Thug Carrie Ann Bass, aka Carrie Ann Collins-Bass

Since our depraved criminal neighbors have poisoned our air, we go out for it. Herkimer Post blog mistress Linda Kaidan sits on the grass along Pleasant Avenue, writing. She sometimes hears the most astounding things:

The  Herkimer Blog Mistress Tale

roughly 8:40 AM 9/23/2017

I, Linda J. Kaidan, overheard the following discussion today (9/23/2017) at roughly 0840 AM from the direction  of 347 Eureka Avenue, Hekrimer, New York
male voice 1: Why are you still spraying her?
male voice 2: [Indignant] She keeps looking at us!

This discourse is reminiscent of interaction at 331 Pleasant Ave 09/17/17 at about 2240, when young, petite, long haired female harasser believed to be close associate of Herkimer’s Historic Crack House Keeper Jesse McClaren verbally harrassed me for sticking my head out my bedroom window. Both have frequently assailed me for walking by their house and for looking at their house and also for crossing the street. Jesse has pushed me out of his way twice and thrown a 2 x 4 at me as well. His female associate often visits with Herkimer’s Joyce Barton, and Syskes gang member’s Stanley Sykes and Carrie Ann Bass.

Erica Bormann – The Herkimer Handmaiden’s Tale

Female harasser Erica Bormann ordered me to stop listening to her conversations and challenged me from the street to come downstairs so she could beat me up. Bormann also threatened to kill me 3 times. She told me to stop being nosy and stop listening to conversations and keep my window shut.  Herkimer Police were called on 911 recorded line.

Erica Bormann may have been upset, as  she was loudly  bragging about how she blackmails people by giving them “hand jobs”. Bormann appeared to be drugged out. She was not charged, but according to responding officers, would be “referred to services.” [Erica Bormann identified from police incident report obtained by FOIA request. She appears to have joined the ranks of our poison gas sprayers after being released from “services.” )

Herkimer County Ideal for Hurricane Refugees

by Linda J. Kaidan

What makes Herkimer County ideal place to live?

What makes coastal areas like Houston and Florida Dangerous?

Places like Houston, TX where Hurricane Harvey left 100’s of thousands homeless. In Florida 20 million FL residents were asked to prepare to evacuate the state due to Irma, a hurricane larger than the entire state. At least 39% of Americans (excluding Alaska) live in coastal counties.  Climate is likely to make their lives even more precarious as time goes by.

In many of the flooded regions, bacteria from raw sewage is mixing with stagnant water, leaving millions at risk of highly communicable diseases like cholera. While many are adamant that they will rebuild, many if not most won’t. This is because they lack flood insurance or because insurers are simply not able to cover such massive losses. The awesome storms we’ve seen these past weeks are becoming more frequent and ferocious. A settled life along the Atlantic and Gulf seaboards is becoming impossible. Families and businesses will see the logic of relocating to places marked as relatively safe, such as Central New York and Herkimer County.

The smartest people will be the first to realize that threats of climate change disaster make it impossible to have a viable future where they live. The map we saw in the New York Times, highlighting the bright future of Herkimer is a quiet understatement of America’s impending GDP loss.

Where should endangered coastal residents relocate?

Many of the cities and towns around the Great Lakes are in the Rust Belt. They lost jobs and population years ago, when much of our manufacturing went off shore. Years of economic decline led to migration away from these formerly prosperous places, such as Herkimer. In adversity lies opportunity:  there are many homes and commercial areas available for very low prices in these economically depressed parts of the US.  But those who come will come north from the coasts, delighted to find havens of affordable, well-built homes may face some hardships of entrenched corruption and crime that form the underground economy of many Rust Belt towns and villages, like Herkimer.

Crime exists everywhere including the long-neglected factory towns like ours that dot the America’s climate change survival belt. Nor is it reflective of most Herkimer’s residents; they’ve been cowed by decades of malfeasance and a core of cops eager to serve Herkimer’s cash-heavy criminals.

What should we do for a better Herkimer future?

Let’s ensure that crime and failed governance don’t stop the crucial development needed to relocate populations and businesses to climate change havens like Herkimer. Migration to central New York from the coasts will be a huge, disruptive but inevitable transition. It will be one we can take advantage of for own purposes as well as aiding others.   This inpouring of people starting fresh lives will mean jobs for our youth with brighter career prospects than drug dealing. And it will broaden educational opportunities, not just in professional jobs but also in highly skilled trades.

Lots of people are going to be coming here, sooner than later, people with skills, education and determination.  With them will come growing educational and economic opportunities. We can welcome them and a bright new future by demonstrating we’re a functional community, where crime is non-violent, not blatantly conducted on the street and is well-exposed by genuine journalism. The Herkimer Post will continue doing its part, bringing sunlight to darkness. But we’re merely a messenger. Rapid change is inevitable. Those who are part of the solution can prosper.

Herkimer Post Crime Editor Stephen Ames Berry contributed to this article.

9/8/17 Herkimer Poison Gas Attacks Ongoing

Rather than clutter the blog with many Herkimer poison gas attacks entries, we’ll be updating this living document. It will end when either we or the attacks do.

Herkimer Poison Gas Attacks 9/8/17 Update

After a brief break, the Herkimer poison gas attacks have resumed. Our house at 330 Pleasant Avenue Herkimer remains the target. We’re obviously under hostile 24/7 observation from all sides. Attacks occur shortly after we open a door or window, step outside or leave the house. Or apparently just to freshen the envelope of poison surrounding us: Birds and squirrels wisely stay away from the death zone that is ours and our neighbors’ yards.

There seems to be a dim attempt by the depraved scum poisoning Herkimer Village to avoid the sort of mass gassing attacks which first sickened us and our neighbors. The filth seem to be limiting the frequency and duration of their attacks. But no matter how delusional one is, gas just doesn’t stay where you want. There are almost always innocent neighbors and kids near our house when its gassed. These attacks have been going on since at least July and the long term health effects can be devastating.

Herkimer Murder Weapon of Choice – Stealth Pesticide Poisoning

Stealth  poisoning by pesticides, we’ve argued, has long been used as a murder weapon here in the Herkimer area–people just pass away. Especially older people. They pass away from cancer, leukemia, endocrine disruption, respiratory distress, non Hodgkins Lymphoma. Since we shared our suspicions and data with authentic law enforcement, poisoning continues, but all attempts at subtlety have been abandoned.

We appreciate the Herkimer Police’s sincere and very visible efforts to end Herkimer’s narco terrorism, but until the gas attackers’ paymaster is arrested or sent packing, attacks will continue. And we’ll continue blogging about them. herkimerpost.com already enjoys a large following. And it’s growing, as people research potential climate change relocation venues. As Herkimer’s only news source that isn’t a happy hour, we’re getting a lot of landing page hits from ip addresses in US coastal areas. Unlikely those folks be moving to Herkimer, where gangs remain free to poison homeowners

Herkimer Poison Gas Attacks Choke Development and Real Estate Sales

What was recently bustling redevelopment and brisk home sales along Herkimer’s Pleasant Avenue remain dead:

  • 329 Pleasant Avenue. Vacant. All work halted when we first reported gas attacks. Lower window broken–were boarded yesterday during a brief visit. We assume the new owner is awaiting safer times.
  • 328 Pleasant Avenue. Vacant. Appears ready for market. Owner Harriett Tangorra was going to list it, but warned of the gas attacks, some from her backyard, is apparently holding off.
  • 316 Pleasant Avenue. Vacant. For sale. Listing price dropped form $49k to 39K since gas attacks began.
  • 343 Eureka Avenue. Vacant. Was being quickly-but-well gut renovated when gas attacks hit South Herkimer. No work done since. 343 Eureka suffers from being next to Sykes gang head Stanley Sykes’ 341 Eureka Ave. 341’s parking lot appears to be the epicenter of many poison gas attacks.

Recent Herkimer Poison Gas Attacks

We’re pretty buttoned down, so we may not detect some gas attacks. All unless otherwise noted, appear to use odorless Deltamethrin, a pyrethroid insecticide.

9/8/17 0730-0830  Fogging of driveway and front of house. Kids on street for school bus pick up.

9/7 1930 fogging of driveway.

Approximately same time, alley between 330 (our house) and 332 Pleasant fogged from Sykes Gang parking lot.

9/6 Late night/early a.m. – Organophosphate (banned neurotoxin insecticide ) heavily streamed from Pleasant Avenue or sidewalk through street-facing bedroom window. Window open about 1 inch.

9/6 1800-1830 Driveway fogged.

9/6 1510 Returned from shopping. driveway had been fogged.

9/4 1207 Probably drive-by fogging from small black car with hand fogger.

Herkimer Poison Gas Attacks 8/31 Update

The poison gas attacks on us have eased but not ended. There was a light drive-by misting of our driveway yesterday, 8/30, between 0700 and 0715, possibly involving a red motorcycle. And an abortive drive-by spray attack last night at 2332, thwarted when wife Linda spotted the oncoming vehicle and slammed shut the window. (Pleasant Avenue has been vitally empty of traffic at night.) The vehicle ducked into 331 Pleasant Avenue’s empty driveway. 329 is empty and that driveway’s become the street’s pirate cove. Without prompting the driver shouted “You’re paranoid!” (No spray, no pay. Pity.)

Someone within the last few days appears to have streamed an organophosphate from the rear of unoccupied 328 Pleasant Avenue up our driveway at our front porch door. Not owning a $1,000+ chemical analyzer, I sampled the small affected area with my fingers and had a mild reaction typical of organophosiate exposure.

Some arrests would do wonders to end these attacks.

8/30

Today marks the first month anniversary of the ongoing poison gas attacks against us, and by extension, our neighbors, here on Herkimer’s Pleasant Avenue. (Names are not always destiny.) Prime suspects: The Stanley Sykes gang resident at 334 Pleasant Ave and 341 Eureka Ave. (Oddly, these are the Jay Smith rental properties from which many of the gas attacks seem to originate.) The Sykes gang doesn’t like our surveillance cameras, our defiance, or our blog highlighting their trafficking and attempts to dominate the street.

The poison gas attacks weapon of choice is a number of small battery powered insecticide foggers used to mist poisonous vapors from neighboring yards and passing vehicles. These are supplemented by the occasional streaming of an organophosphate neurotoxin at our windows, using ground-based crop dusters. Nerve gasses derived from organophosphates are Sarinsoman, and VX.

Herkimer police seem baffled.

8/29 Gassings

Today: 1330 (approx) odorless poisonous misting attack from direction of 326-328 Pleasant Avenue (rear).

8/28 1430. As above. Observed Sykes gang member known to us as Glowering Goat Beard walk by on his way from Sykes gang center at 334 Pleasant Avenue to 326 Pleasant Avenue, about five minutes before the poison gas rolled in.

No drive-by gassings noted within the last 24 hours.

8/28 Posting

Update of of yesterday’s posting to reflect 3 poison gas attacks of 8/27 and today. Front and backyards still toxic. Birds now can be heard in the distance. A squirrel braved the top of the fence today on the 328 Pleasant side. A cat started down our driveway, then changed its mind. Someone moved a camera covering the Sykes’ parking lot out of position.

8/27 0724 Odorless misting attack from direction of 334 Pleasant Avenue rear. Bullet camera on back porch roof covering 332-334 Pleasant Ave rear area swung out of position. Camera had to have been approached from  of 328 Pleasant Ave. side, currently vacant.

8/27 2330 (approx) Probable organophosphate briefly streamed from Pleasant Ave at our front bedroom windows. I heard it hitting–sounds like rain pelting on the glass. Search of camera footage showed nothing. Could have been either from a vehicle or a backpack insecticide dispenser. Though it wasn’t as long, this is what an organophosphate attack looks like.

8/28 0100-0700 Organophosphate streamed at our bathroom exhaust fan from 334-332 Pleasant rear/341 Eureka rear parking area. Fan was on at the time.  Camera still out of position, so no video.

About Our Cameras

We’re revisiting our camera architecture and positioning. The current installation grew from 1 wireless camera covering our car to 12 cameras. The wireless ip camera architecture is fine for covering one’s car and porch. It’s inadequate for monitoring attacks by Herkimer’s Army of the Shuffling Dead.

8/27 Posting

8/27 We’ll be posting updates about the ongoing Herkimer poison gas attacks on us here at 330 Pleasant Avenue.  Symptoms are the same as in previous attacks: nausea, dizziness, immune system reactions.

Drive by’s have not been noted since 8/19. Gassings now appear to be occurring from 330 Pleasant Avenue, often as Joyce Barton backs out of her driveway and turns down Pleasant Avenue. And from the parking lot between 341 Eureka and 334 Pleasant Avenue when Stanley Sykes (red SUV) is present. May also be occurring from 334 Pleasant Avenue rear. Our continued existence, with cameras, on Herkimer’s Pleasant Avenue is apparently affecting the Sykes gang and their longtime ally Joyce Barton’s desire to traffic unimpeded from 334 Pleasant Avenue and 341 Eureka Avenue – as in the good ‘ol days.

We assume from this that hired-hand gassers have been deterred by increased law enforcement presence; gassing attack responsibility has now shifted to the principals.

Herkimer Poison Gas Attacks – Observed Behavior

Attacks from 330 Pleasant Avenue are preceded by disappearance of residents of 334 Pleasant Avenue and Sykes-Bass family members from the parking lot.

Details of Most Recent Herkimer Poison Gas Attacks

8/19   0024 drive by gas attack – Very heavy attack. White van. Van stopped in front of Bass-Sykes gang stronghold of 334 Pleasant for a moment. (No flashers this time.) 330 Pleasant and adjacent area heavily contaminated by odorless pesticide with the same symptomatology as in previous gassings. Sykes and Bass crew at 334 Pleasant and 341 Eureka Avenue had left at 1800. Also missing from this mega attack were the Joyce and Douglas Barton of 330 Pleasant.

Video and full report sent to State Police and New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC): NYSDEC appears to have committed full resources following confirmation of contamination and poisoning agent hypotheses on our blog.

8/26 01000200 Odorless gas on 330 Pleasant from direction 326-328 Pleasant Ave (rear). Target was driveway kitchen window facting 328 Pleasant.

We’ll be having a look at the Who and Why of these heinous attacks in our next postings.

Herkimer Poison Gas Attacks & Stanley Sykes’ Backpack Empire

by Stephen Ames Berry

Herkimer drug dealer Stanley Sykes greets incoming out-of-town drug mule
Herkimer Syke’s gang head Stanley Sykes, AKA Bob Sykes, greets arriving out-of-town drug mule before taking him on to his next destination. Looks like the Syke’s gang’s running the Herkimer’s way station of a large backpack narcotics distribution network designed to foil aerial observation.

We understand why the criminals who believe they own the Village of Herkimer want us dead.:Our blog and street cameras have helped lessen drug trafficking along Herkimer’s notorious Pleasant Avenue. We’ve pinpointed trafficking and traffickers, arsonists and wanna-be arsonists. We’ve disposed of several street harassers and gotten a few folks locked up who thought it ok to assault seniors in the street.

We pride ourselves on having helped spark Herkimer’s current home sales boom–drawing national attention to the village’s ideal location and surrounding beauty in a time of climate change. The tragedy of Houston will send many folks north seeking improved climate safety.

Of course Herkimer’s shrinking criminal population hates us. They’ve long considered Herkimer a safe haven and Pleasant Avenue their own. Especially the parking lot and houses owned by landlord Jay Smith. 334 Pleasant Avenue and 341 Eureka Avenue, currently occupied by the Stanley Sykes gang, have a long tradition as a clandestine trafficking haven. The Sykes gang feels menaced by the prosperity creeping toward them down Pleasant Avenue including the major home renovation make overs at 331 and 328 Pleasant Ave. Al Murray’s garbage strewn lot has been purchased by a neighbor and now features grass, not trash. Pleasant Avenue is experiencing a return to its former state of quiet village charm.

From what we’ve seen, the Sykes gang tried wholesale trafficking out of the parking lot and 334 Pleasant Avenue in the traditional way, with vehicles. Guess that didn’t go well. Too obvious. Surveillance drones can quickly determine drug trafficking patterns and traffickers. Most people don’t want to see a return to the wild days on Pleasant Avenue when Joyce Barton was undisputed queen of the  street’s bustling trafficking.

Two of the vehicles typically used by Herkimer’s Sykes gang to traffic out of Carrie Ann Bass’ rented house at 334 Pleasant Avenue Herkimer. (As with all Sykes gang rentals, a Jay Smith property.) Carrie Ann is allegedly Sykes’ daughter-in-law.

Stanley Sykes’ Gang Niche Drug Market: Backpack Drug Muling

Stanley Sykes, AKA Bob Sykes, may have found a niche market: backpack drug distribution. Backpacks have long been used to move narcotics around Herkimer. But it seems the Sykes gang has become a franchisee within a large network that mules narcotics on backs from town to town. Hard to spot and follow from surveillance drones. Stanley’s been doing a brisk business, building a backpack empire:

The pattern in the video’s clear: backpackers bring the drugs into Herkimer, arriving for distribution at Carrie Bass’ 344 Pleasant Avenue. (Bass is the mother of Stanley’s grandson Harvey, and herself a belligerent street harasser. Harvey’s dad is absent on a heroin trafficking charge.) Stanley Sykes, AKA Bob Sykes, greets and transports them locally or to their next destination. Sometimes the contraband they bring remains, crossing Pleasant Avenue to Joyce Barton’s at 333, coming back to 334 in bags and packs for local distribution. Or parceled out to allies along the street an din the village.)

Herkimer’s Hardest Working Teen

The teen at the end of the above video is seen everywhere in Herkimer Village. He’s a hard working, no-nonsense go-getter. Though at the end of the video, you’ll see he did have some time off. Here’s the outtake:

Viewers of our videos may recognize Jesse McClaren walking with the young backpacker. Jesse soared to YouTube fame as Herkimer’s Historic Crack House Keeper. Like Stanley Syke’s daughter Kyra, he was later arrested for assaulting an elderly war vet. (Me.)

It’s videos like Stanley Sykes’ Backpack Empire and analysis like this that helped end Pleasant Avenue’s wholesale drug trafficking. And put Herkimer on the map. They’ve also caused Stanley Sykes, AKA Bob Sykes, to diversify to an a nearby alternate location, known only to the Sykes gang and government surveillance drones.

Drug Gang Poisons South Herkimer

Street thug tactics succeeded in getting Sykes’ daughter Kyra arrested for criminal harassment. Retaliatory pesticides then began streaming and misting into our yard and windows from Stanley’s parking area, Pleasant Avenue and the rear of another Jay Smith rental a few doors down.

An onslaught of drive-by misting attacks poisoned not only us and our home, but our neighbors and their children too. The poison mists generated from a witches brew of at least three pesticides drifted for blocks in the muggy August air, sickening people and pets. NYDEC became involved. Law enforcement virtually embargoed Pleasant Avenue. Surveillance drones still fill the skies. Yet as recently as 0724 this morning, fresh pesticide misted in from the direction of 334 Pleasant Avenue rear.

Our attackers took their poisoning preparations seriously. Here’s a Sykes gang member (whom we refer to as Glowering Goat Beard), and what seems a consultant, inspecting the target area of our home. (The helmet should go on before coming into camera range, not after.)
